NOTICE is hereby given that a Town Board meeting for the Town of Manchester in the County of Jackson, State of Wisconsin, for transaction of business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting will be held at the Manchester Town Hall, N2870 Garage Rd BRF

Thursday, December 11th, 2025 5:30 PM

  1. Call to Order
  2. Confirm Notice was properly posted and adopt the agenda.
  3. Read and approve last month’s minutes.
  4. Zoning Requests
    1. Zone Change Request
      1. 2025-41 as requested by Melissa Sandoval, on property located in the NE1/4-SE11/4, Section 09, T20N, R03W, Town of Manchester, Jackson County, WI; 032-0141.0015. The request is to change 6.5 acres of the R2 (Residential – Private Water and Septic System) District to the B2 (Outlying Business) District to operate current business operations and add rental cabins.
    2. Conditional Use Request
      1. 2025-42 as requested by Melissa Sandoval, on property located in the NE1/4-SE11/4, Section 09, T20N, R03W, Town of Manchester, Jackson County, WI; 032-0141.0015. The request is to operate current business operations and add rental cabins in the B2 (Outlying Business) District.
    3. Consider for approval or other actions
