The Town of Manchester is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual, to help care for our roads, grounds, and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Road maintenance and snow plowing
• Tree trimming and mowing of town road R/W
• Snow removal and mowing of the town shop grounds
• Operating equipment such as plow truck, end loader, boom mower, and lawnmower
• Light mechanical work for maintaining equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined
• Willing to learn equipment operation
• Willing to work toward obtaining CDL
• Reliable, self-motivated, takes pride in work
• Communication is key; takes instruction and direction from the Lead Patrolman or the Chairman
